The implementation of automated solutions in Spanish homes is becoming more and more common.
That is why, together with HINFORCOM, INDOMOTIV and Verdaguer Arquitectos, we have taken the first step in a long-term project, creating one of the most complete home automation buildings in the heart of Madrid, in which sustainability and design meet technology to ensure maximum comfort for users both inside and outside their homes.

The building has six cutting-edge design homes, that we have made smart, accessible, safe, sustainable and comfortable thanks to Nice Home Management Solutions.

To manage energy consumption, all homes have been equipped with the Double Switch solution, which allows turning on and off lights, power to appliances and outlets, providing accurate information on energy consumption. Inside the homes, there is also the Flood Sensor device, which detects leaks in rooms such as the bathroom. The climate control systems and thermostat have been integrated via the Home Center 3 gateway for air conditioning and air quality.

The Roller Shutter solution, the radio controller based on Z-Wave 5 technology for motorized roller shutters, Venetian blinds and awnings, has been implemented on the house's exterior, both on windows and terraces. The garage access door has also been integrated and motorized by Nice.

All of these implemented solutions are controlled through Home Center 3 and Home Center 3 Lite, the world's most advanced gateway that enables quick and easy control of all Smart Home functions and solutions through a button, a gesture or a word.
