TT2N

The TT2N control unit can manage any mechanical tubular motor, or tubular motor with electronic limit switch with "up", "common" and "down" connections, to automate awnings and rolling shutters. The control unit is not compatible with motors with built-in radio receiver.

Each TT2N control unit can control just one tubular motor to automate awnings and rolling shutters.

The following families of Nice transmitters can be memorised in the TT2N control unit: Era P, Era W, Era MiniWay, Era P View, Era Touch, EraTime, NiceWay, TTX4.

A maximum of 30 transmitters can be memorised in each TT2N control unit.

TT2N control units can be associated with all Nice radio climate sensors, in particular, climate sensors in the Nemo family and Volo S-Radio and Nemo Vibe sensors.

Wire-controlled climate sensors cannot be connected to the TT2N control unit.

A maximum of three climate sensors can be associated with each TT2N control unit.

To memorise the first transmitter in the TT2N control unit, follow the procedure shown in the video, or proceed as follows, respecting the sequence:

1. Connect the TT2N control unit to the motor.
2. Power the control unit. This will emit 2 long flashes.
3. On the transmitter, select the channel you want to associate with the control unit. If it is a single channel transmitter, go directly to the next step.
4. Within 5 seconds, press the STOP key and release it to coincide with the first of the 3 flashes emitted by the control unit.

The transmitter has been correctly associated.

To memorise a new transmitter in the TT2N control unit using a transmitter already memorised in the same control unit, proceed as follows:

1. Press and hold the STOP key of the new transmitter until the control unit emits a long flash, then release.
2. Press the STOP key of the transmitter already memorised in the control unit for 1 second, then release for 1 second, repeat 3 times.
3. Press and hold the STOP key of the new transmitter, releasing it when the control unit emits the first of the three long flashes which confirm memorisation.

The new transmitter has been correctly memorised in the TT2N control unit.

Caution: if the memory of the control unit is full (if more than 30 transmitters have already been memorised), the control unit emits 6 long flashes. In this case, the transmitter cannot be memorised.

If you want to delete the memory of the TT2N control unit, eliminating all the transmitters and climate sensors memorised and the programming saved previously, proceed as follows:

1. Press and hold the programming key on the control unit: the LED comes on, goes off, then starts flashing.
2. Release the programming key exactly:
   - during the third flash to delete just one of the memorised transmitters;
   - during the fifth flash to totally delete all the contents of the memory.

If deletion has been successful, the LED will emit 5 long flashes.

Check that the control unit is powered correctly and that there is mains voltage between terminals 5 and 6. If the control unit is powered correctly, it is probably faulty. Try replacing it.

If, when you send a radio command to the control unit, it emits 6 brief flashes and the manoeuvre does not start, then the transmitter is not synchronised: repeat the transmitter memorisation procedure as shown in the video.

If, when you send a radio command to the control unit, it emits 10 flashes and only then starts the manoeuvre, this indicates that auto diagnosis of the parameters in the memory has revealed an anomaly.

Follow the total memory deletion procedure (see FAQ) and memorise the transmitters and programming again.

The working time cannot be programmed with transmitters memorised using Method 2. Check that the transmitter has been memorised in the control unit using Method 1.

During the memorisation procedure, check the number of flashes emitted by the LED on the control unit:

• 6 long flashes indicate that the memory is full;
• 2 flashes, with the second longer than the first, indicate that transmitter memorisation is locked. To unlock, follow the procedure described in the instruction manual.
